The HR Department believes that success has to begin first with oneself. The objective of the HR Department is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the students and accordingly orient them in the right direction.
HRD’s focus is to ensure that the skill-sets are fully utilized by conducting rigorous counselling sessions on a one-to-one basis. These sessions help students deal with their weaknesses in an effective manner. Students are put though a series of psychometric, technical and communication tests to match industry standards. Screening of student profiles are systematically done and profile fitment records are maintained to ensure job fitment.
Student orientation is an effort to generate quality engineers with proper skill-sets so that they are transformed into responsible, enthusiastic and confident individuals to face the challenges of the corporate world. |
