Recruitment & Placement
The HR Department of HKBKCE is not just responsible for training and development of students but also presenting them with suitable opportunities. The department is largely responsible for bringing corporations to the campus and conducting campus placements.
All activities related to recruitment from inviting MNCs and blue chip companies to organizing interview facilities, etc., are all handled by the department.
Pooled campus recruitment programmes are being organized at a large scale where students from other engineering colleges are also invited to participate in the recruitment programmes.
The HR department sends intimation to the students well in advance about the campus activity so that they are prepared to face the tests / interviews. Students are put through a series of mock tests and counselling sessions before attending the interviews.
