In addition, it lays emphasis on motivating students and teachers to perform better. To accomplish these goals, the institute has established some well planned programmes which will help benefit students and faculty.

- Course Information - Students are provided with a study guide and detailed course information on admission. This serves as a tool for time management and includes guidelines for utilizing the various facilities at the college.
- Weak Students Support Programme - The institute believes in providing all students a fair chance to excel in academics. The weak students support programme is designed to help students improve academic scores and performances through extra classes and coaching.
- Progress Report Service - At HKBK Group of Institutions, students are motivated to perform better with a continuous system of evaluation. We also involve parents and guardians into the college community, and keep them informed about the performances of the students.
- Distinction Awards - A good academic score is still a necessity today. The institute motivates students to perform better by conferring distinction awards to students who perform exceedingly well at academics.
- Student Assistantship - Students who perform well and display a certain amount of talent and dedication are awarded a student assistantship. A student is awarded with financial aid and is allowed to assist in teaching and/or research activities.
- Rewards For Rank Holders - The College recognizes the efforts of outstanding students. Those students who attain ranks at the college and university level are bestowed with rewards.
- Attendance - Apart from obtaining good scores, students are required to attend the maximum number of classes possible so they may benefit from the expertise of the faculty. One method of ensuring students' presence in classes is by rating them depending on their attendance.
- Academic Performance - A primary factor for rating that is followed at HKBK Group of Institutions is based on students' academic performances. This includes all tests, examinations and classroom assessments on paper presentations, project work, seminars etc.
- Extra-Curricular Activities - HKBK Group of Institutions lays emphasis on holistic development. Therefore students are rated on their level of involvement and performances in co-curricular activities.

To uphold as well as improve the quality of education at HKBK Group of Institutions teachers too undergo evaluation. Teachers' involvement, efforts, teaching techniques and other similar aspects are evaluated through questionnaires and discussions.
The college provides facilities for the benefit of the students such as a Library and Information Center , well-equipped labs, placement cell etc. It is especially dedicated to ensuring that students who live on campus feel at home and have access to various facilities. For instance, it has provided a computer terminal in every room of the hostel with 24 hour internet access.
