Industry Interaction

The HR Department has a very strong network of companies that regularly visit the campus. Various MNC’s have acknowledged the need for a full fledged HR dept catering to the needs of the industry. The HR dept interacts with various industries in order to realize the changing trends and prepare students accordingly. Profiles of the students are compiled based on industry requirements and records are maintained and made readily available to the companies as and when the requirement arises.

The department has been instrumental in tie-ups with companies like Infosys for the Campus Connect Programmes, Oracle Workforce Development programmes and Keane International (India) Pvt. Ltd., to carry forward the academic activities.

HRD strongly believes in building a strong relationship with the organizations. Students placed in companies are regularly being mentored and feedbacks are obtained from the supervisors. This has resulted in companies opting to visit HKBKCE for all their manpower requirements.
