The Administrative department at HKBK Group of Institutions is powered by the need to provide excellent services to the college and its staff, faculty and students. Experienced members from different fields work at the Administrative department to ensure that the college functions smoothly. From day to day affairs and event management to admissions and graduation, the administrative staff tackles it all effectively.
HKBK Group of Institutions attempts to minimize lengthy and unnecessary procedures for admissions and related student affairs. It tries to keep it simple and straightforward so parents, students, faculty and all associated with the college can gain maximum benefit with minimum fuss. With this is mind, the administrative department has been fully computerized and networked, to ensure that all procedures can be dealt with easily.
In addition, important documents and student related information are categorized on computers so information can be easily located and accessed when required. Attendance, students' performances and other related information is carefully recorded for the benefit of parents as well as students.
The Administrative department at HKBKGI is headed by Mr. Abdul Hameed who has added immense value to the Institute. The Administrative staff under his expertise and the support of the management continues to offer its services to all - students, parents, faculty, staff, and most importantly, to prospective students.
